The NSW Government is funding this essential maintenance work under its $1.5 billion program to maintain and improve the 18,028 kilometre state road network.
Roads and Maritime Services will be replacing asphalt on Mulgoa Road, after Mayfair Road for approximately 1.5 kilometres south. We have included a map to show the location of the work.
The maintenance work aims to prevent or minimise damage to roads from weather and wear and tear to make them safer, provide consistent driving conditions and reduce maintenance costs in the long term.
RMS will be on site for 22 shifts between Monday 15 January and Friday 27 April 2018, excluding public holiday, weather permitting. The work hours will be between 8pm and 5am from Sunday to Friday.
If you have any questions or concerns about the night work schedule, please send your comments to our delivery partner by Wednesday 6 December at email@example.com or:
DM Roads, Mulgoa Road near Mayfair Road PO Box 6465 North Ryde, NSW, 2113
The work may be noisy at times but we will do everything we can to minimise its impact.
Access to some homes/businesses may be affected during shift hours but traffic controllers will be on hand to make sure you can enter and leave as required.
There will be temporary traffic changes during our work hours to ensure the work zone is safe.
Lane closures will be in place and may affect travel times. Please keep to speed limits and follow signs and traffic controllers’ directions. For the latest traffic updates, you can call 132 701, visit livetraffic.com or download the Live Traffic NSW App.
If you have any questions, please contact the RMS delivery partner, DM Roads, on 1800 332 660 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
