The NSW Government is funding this essential maintenance work under its $1.5 billion program to maintain and improve the 18,028 kilometre state road network.
Roads and Maritime Services will be repairing drains between 795 and 879 Mulgoa Road, Mulgoa. Included is a map to show the location of the work.
Maintenance works aim to prevent or minimise damage to roads from weather and wear and tear to make them safer, provide consistent driving conditions and reduce maintenance costs in the long term.
Roads and Maritime Services will be on site for ten night shifts and 25 day shifts between Monday 3 July and Monday 21 August, weather permitting. Night work hours will be between 8pm and 5am from Sunday to Friday. Day work hours will be between 7am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday.
To minimise disruption to residents, businesses and road users, Roads and Maritime Services will not work more than two nights in any week.
How will the work affect you?
Work may be noisy at times but Roads and Maritime Services will do everything they can to minimise its impact, including completing the noisier tasks by 11pm.
There will be temporary traffic changes during work hours to ensure the work zone is safe.
Lane closures will be in place and may affect travel times. Please keep to speed limits and follow signs and traffic controllers’ directions. For the latest traffic updates, you can call 132 701, visit livetraffic.com or download the Live Traffic NSW App.
If you have any questions, please contact Roads and Maritime Services delivery partner, DownerMouchel on 1800 332 660 or email@example.com.
