The NSW Government is funding this essential maintenance work under its $1.5 billion program to maintain and improve the 18,028 kilometre state road network.

Roads and Maritime Services are repairing the drains on Wallgrove Road between Alaine Place and Abbotsbury Drive. Included is a map to show the location of the work.

Maintenance works aim to prevent or minimise damage to roads from weather and wear and tear to make them safer, provide consistent driving conditions and reduce maintenance costs in the long term.

Work schedule

This work will take six shifts to complete between Friday 30 June and Tuesday 15 August, weather permitting. Work hours will be from 7am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.

How will the work affect you?

Work may be noisy at times but Roads and Maritime Services will do everything they can to minimise its impact.

Traffic changes

There will be some temporary traffic changes to ensure the work zone is safe.

Lane closures will be in place and may affect travel times. Please keep to speed limits and follow signs and traffic controllers’ directions. For the latest traffic updates, you can call 132 701, visit livetraffic.com or download the Live Traffic NSW App.
