The NSW Government is funding essential maintenance work on The Northern Road to provide a stronger, longer lasting and safer bridge.
Tanya Davies MP was pleased to announce the commencement of this vital work.
The Australian and NSW governments are planning further upgrades to The Northern Road as part of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan (WSIP), a 10 year, $3.6 billion road investment program.
Roads and Maritime Services will carry out work on the M4 overpass, which includes repairing concrete on the bridge.
Work will be carried out between Tuesday 29 September and Friday 9 October, and some temporary traffic changed will be in place for the duration of the maintenance. For the latest traffic updates, you can call 132 701, visit livetraffic.com or download the Live Traffic NSW App.
Motorists with further questions about the work are being encouraged to contact DownerMouchel on 1800 332 660 or email@example.com. For more information on NSW Government projects, visit rms.nsw.gov.au.
